Yanitsa Miteva
A pharmacist with 15 years of experience in the development of soft gelatin capsules, Yanitsa is an expert in formulation and process development. Serving as COO of Trias Pharma and previously managing customer development projects and R&D Sales at Aenova, she has overseen a variety of development, transfer, and troubleshooting projects for softgel capsules. Yanitsa is also a recognized speaker at technical conferences focusing on soft gelatin capsules.
Armin Prasch, Ph.D.
A chemical engineer with 30 years of experience in pharmaceutical development, Armin has concentrated on softgel development for the past 12 years. His expertise lies in R&D strategy, intellectual property, sourcing, and equipment aspects. Throughout his career, Armin has held leadership roles at Glatt, ADD Technologies, and served as SVP R&D at the CDMO Aenova. Currently, he is the CEO of Trias Pharma.
Burkhard Schlütermann, Ph.D.
Burkhard is a pharmacist with a Ph.D. in pharmaceutical technology with over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, he has led technical R&D operations at Aenova, ADD Technologies, Ciba-Geigy, and Novartis. With profound expertise in formulation, analytical development, biopharmaceutical, and regulatory aspects, he has successfully managed a number of soft gel developments over a decade.
